I love the mystery of the food you serve. what’s next?.. what’s in it?.. where does he find this? Dining with you cooking in the background I have a sensate intimacy with the food, the environment, the server. The whole evening is surrounding myself with unknowns… feels adventuresome, exciting. I know very little about what I’m tasting, and yet trying to figure it out with the guests around me is thrilling.. adding a sip of wine paired brings the experience into a brilliant roller-coaster ride to my senses. I would say pirate dining is liken to a most awe struck blind date with the palette.. GAWD… I’m making myself salivate just thinking about it. Thanks DC!!!
The concept is brilliant and though I’ve consider myself more ninja than pirate, the reverent dissonance is the same. I’d love to get involved, how can I help?
